All items are sent within three days of order being received and funds cleared.

All items are sent 1st class recorded delivery. Recorded delivery records are kept and can be forwarded only if asked for in writing via E mail to the following department.

If the weight of the goods ordered are over 2kg, they will be sent either via courier or standard parcel on a 48 hour delivery schedule.
